Direct Mobile Notary Support for Boston Attorneys, Title Offices & Business Teams
One clear point of contact for your next signing
Attorney-prepared documents. Confirmed appointment details. An agreed return plan.
Boston Notary Service welcomes direct inquiries from attorneys, title offices, lenders and business teams needing mobile notarization and document logistics in Greater Boston. Share the actual scope and appointment requirements so we can confirm the available support and quote. A general notarization appointment and a regulated real estate closing are different engagements.
Tell us which appointment you need
For an attorney-prepared estate packet, identify the documents, number of signers, location, attorney contact and any witness instructions. For business documents, identify the authorized signer, the destination and whether notarization alone or apostille coordination is requested. For a real estate matter, identify the attorney directing the closing and the specific support being requested.
Real estate matters require the proper legal structure
Massachusetts restricts who may direct or manage a real estate closing. A mobile notary appointment does not replace the required attorney involvement. We review requests with the responsible legal team and confirm the permitted scope before accepting work. Legal questions, document preparation and transaction advice belong with the appropriate attorney.
A useful brief for your office
Appointment date, time window, location and on-site contact.
Document types, number of signers and estimated packet size.
Responsible attorney or office contact and execution instructions.
Witness needs, identification questions and accessibility arrangements.
Printing, scanback, original-return and delivery requirements.
Your deadline and billing contact; confirm the scope and quote before scheduling.
Make recurring requests easier
If your office needs repeat appointments, tell us the expected locations, typical packet sizes and preferred handoff process. We can discuss a consistent request checklist, document-readiness confirmation and return instructions. Appointment coverage and any standing arrangement require confirmation; an inquiry does not reserve capacity.
When a document will be used abroad
A business authorization or power of attorney for an overseas recipient may need an apostille or another authentication route after notarization. Provide the issuing jurisdiction, destination and recipient’s written instructions at the outset. We can review the preparation and quote the agreed additional coordination separately.
Ready to discuss an assignment?
Use the service request form with your office name, location, requested date and document scope. Include the responsible attorney for a closing-related inquiry. Wait for our confirmation before telling signers an appointment is reserved or sending originals.
