One local point of contact for your team’s document work. Boston Notary Service welcomes repeat requests from law offices, title and escrow teams, real estate professionals, employers, relocation teams, translators and document-service companies. Tell us what your team needs; we confirm coverage, scope, timing and pricing before accepting each assignment.

Choose the support your team needs

Law offices: mobile appointments for prepared powers of attorney, estate and business documents, with agreed printing, scanbacks and original return. Your office supplies final documents and instructions, including witness arrangements. Closing-related assignments require a separate scope review.

Employers and relocation teams: employer-authorized in-person Form I-9 appointments and coordination for eligible documents needed abroad. Form I-9 verification is not a notarial act and does not receive a notary seal.

Translators and document-service companies: ask about Massachusetts apostille and authentication coordination, eligible record retrieval, authorized school pickup and return delivery. Identify the issuing jurisdiction for each document and provide the recipient’s requirements.

Apostille & Authentication Partners

Document support for law firms, universities, employers, translators and document-service companies with recurring international-document requests. Share the document type, issuing state or agency, destination country and deadline. We confirm the appropriate coordination scope, preparation steps, available timing and pricing before work begins.

Ask about apostille and authentication coordination, eligible record retrieval, authorized registrar pickup and return delivery. Government authorities issue apostilles and authentications; destination and document requirements determine the route.

Process-Serving & Constable Support

Law offices and business teams can request coordination for process-serving and constable assignments. Share the document type, service address, deadline and any required return or affidavit instructions. We review service area, availability and assignment requirements before confirming scope and pricing.

Title, Escrow & Real Estate Teams

Coordinate mobile notary and loan-signing appointments for buyers, sellers, attorneys and title teams. Share the location, signing requirements and deadline so we can confirm availability, scope and pricing.

Tell us the signing location, number of signers, document readiness, printing and scanback needs, witness arrangements and original-return instructions. Your attorney or title team provides the final documents and transaction instructions. Loan-signing support is reviewed separately for each assignment.

Start with one assignment

Use our service-request form and begin the request details with “Business account inquiry.” Include your organization, business contact, service type, town or ZIP code, deadline, document and signer counts, and any printing, scanback or return instructions. For documents going abroad, include the issuing state or agency and destination.

Discuss a repeat working arrangement

Tell us your usual service areas, approximate request frequency and who approves each job. We can discuss an agreed scope, quote approval, billing contact, file references, handoff instructions and communication preferences. Account arrangements and payment terms require approval; submitting an inquiry does not activate an account or reserve capacity.

How an assignment moves forward

1. Send the scope and deadline. 2. Review our availability and quote. 3. Confirm preparation, appointment or document handoff. 4. Receive the agreed completion update, scans or return-shipping information. Changes to the assignment are reviewed before additional work is authorized.

Notaries, couriers and document specialists

Interested in supporting future BNS assignments? Introduce your business, service areas, services, availability and relevant credential and insurance status. Initial inquiries should not include ID images, bank information, background reports or client documents.

Provider interest is reviewed individually. Before an assignment, coverage, credential requirements, document handling, completion standards and compensation must be agreed. Expressing interest does not guarantee approval, assignments or income.

A clear handoff for your clients

Confirm whether your office or your client will approve and pay for the work, who may receive updates, and where originals must be returned. Share only the records needed for the agreed task through the requested channel. Government processing and carrier transit are separate from appointment or coordination timing.

Boston Notary Service is an independent private provider. Government authorities issue apostilles and authentications; the receiving organization decides document acceptance. Legal advice and document drafting remain with your attorney or responsible adviser.
